Please note: All sales on Clearance and Closeout items are final. We will not accept any returns or exchanges on any of these items. All clearance items are first come first serve, stock is not guaranteed. DISCLAIMER: EVERY EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO PROVIDE OUR CUSTOMERS WITH THE MOST ACCURATE INFORMATION POSSIBLE. Policy on Returns
Returns:
Customer may return unused items within 15 days of order. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned/exchanged items and customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred, including the original shipping cost to receive the product(s). Item(s) must be unused and in original packaging or return will be denied. Customer must send an email to sales@hockeydawgz.com to obtain an return authorization (RA) number which will need to be CLEARLY DISPLAYED on the return box in order for the return to be accepted. Packages not clearly showing the R.A. number will be refused outright. Item(s) must be unused or item will not be returnable. (Example: Do not sharpen skates unless you are sure you want to keep them. Also, we recommend that you try skates on indoors and on carpet to avoid damage to the blade that will result in a return being denied)
Special orders, Team Orders, or Other Special Accommodations are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason. Jocks and Undergarments are Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable for ANY reason.
Please do not attach or tape any Shipping Label Directly on the item. For example, Do NOT place label on Skate Box or Shoe Box. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied. Please do not use a Skate Box or Shoe Box as your shipping box. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied. Please place item in separate box and ship back with RA # clearly posted.
Claims for errors, shortages, or defective products must be reported no later than 15 days from the time of shipment. All returns must be received within 30 days from the date the R.A. is issued.
Products shipped in error can be returned to Hockeydawgz for full credit or replacement. You will still need to obtain a RA number and CLEARLY DISPLAY it on the box that is shipped back.
Defective products are to be returned to the manufacturer since final judgment as to replacement or repair of the products rest with the manufacturer. Please contact us and we will give you the manufacturers contact information.
**No returns will be accepted on discontinued or closeout items**
Customer Policy-
Shipping:
All in stock orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are received excluding Saturday and Sunday. (example: if an order is placed on Thursday or Friday, the order will not be shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday)
Damage and Shortages During Shipment:
Damages incurred during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier and claims must be placed with the carrier for reimbursement. HockeyDawgz does not assume responsibility for damages or loss of merchandise during shipment. Loss or damage during shipment does not relieve the customer from timely payment of invoices in accordance with the stated terms.
Errors in Shipment:
Costs associated with products shipped in error will be the responsibility of HockeyDawgz.
Refused Packages or Packages Returned Due to Incorrect Address: Please enter your shipping address accurately. If parcels are refused or are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
